Tonight our soup is lemon asparagus with thyme and our dinner special is a potato netted roasted halibut fillet served with braised greens and garlic shoots, (locally sourced from laddish gardens), and herbed goat cheese mashed potatoes with a Ninkasi brown butter shallot sauce. It pairs nicely with a glass of Capasaldo Pinot Grigio, an Italian white wine, or one of our specials, an Aperol Splash or blood orange sangria, made with Gazela Vhino Verde.

Secondly chef Katie is offering a lemongrass ginger meatball pasta with linguini and stirfried vegetables, kohl rabi slaw tossed in a sesame ginger sauce and garnished with Sriracha and fried cilantro.
