Tonight’s dinner special is a pan seared salmon fillet with roasted asparagus, goat cheese arancini fritter and romesco sauce, garnished with crispy haystack onions. Our drink special is a mango mule and the soup is roasted red pepper orange dill.

Tonight our soup is lemon asparagus with thyme and our dinner special is a potato netted roasted halibut fillet served with braised greens and garlic shoots, (locally sourced from laddish gardens), and herbed goat cheese mashed potatoes with a Ninkasi brown butter shallot sauce. It pairs nicely with a glass of Capasaldo Pinot Grigio, an Italian white wine, or one of our specials, an Aperol Splash or blood orange sangria, made with Gazela Vhino Verde.

Halibut in pappierie with smokey green beans and bacon, cabbage, tomatoes, peppers and scallions with braised greens over cous cous. We are also serving up chicken cacciatore pasta. Our drink special is a spicy pineapple mule, and our soup today is potato chowder with bacon.

We have two amazing specials today: Grilled cheese on focaccia with fresh basil, tomatoes, bacon, melted provolone cheese, and garlic aioli. BBQ Beeef Brisket with tomatoes, onions, chipotle aioli, and pepper jack cheese on grilled ciabatta. The soup du jour is a Potato Bacon Chowder.

Today we are featuring to lunch specials! First we are offering a steak salad with dry rub steak served on a bed of arugula with halved cherry tomatoes, crispy onions and smoked bleu cheese crumbles, cucumbers and a charred onion vinaigrette. Secondly chef Katie is offering a lemongrass ginger meatball pasta with linguini and stirfried vegetables, kohl rabi slaw tossed in a sesame ginger sauce and garnished with Sriracha and fried cilantro. The drink special is a Ginger Squeeze, with Yazi ginger vodka, fresh squeezed blood orange, lime, and lemon juices, honey, pear purée and a champagne float. We look forward to having you!
