We have a delicious Halibut dinner special tonight… pan seared and served with andouille dirty rice and brie & jalapeño butternut queso.
We have an amazing King salmon fish and chips with classic tartar sauce and homemade slaw. We also have Chef Katie’s delicious homemade chowder and tomato basil soups. If that wasn’t enough we also chocolate mousse pie and a nighttime bartender who works at night who resembles a moose by the name of Jason. Come one come all let’s start the weekend right.
Our dinner special is a pan seared Halibut served with a chorizo hash and a jalapeño-brie queso, garnished with cilantro. The Chorizo hash is filled with home fries, red bell peppers, onion, queso butternut squash, roasted jalapeño, brie and cheddar!
We have a delicious appetizer for you… mango-avocado Halibut ceviche served with house tortilla chips!
