We have a very tasty blackened chicken Mac and cheese with bbq sauce, mornay sauce, bbq aioli, cotija cheese, pickled vegetables, and cilantro. The soup is Chef Katie’s famous beer cheese.

Tonight we have a pan seared halibut topped with fire roasted peppers, sautéed cauliflower, and caramelized onions. Serving that with jasmine rice and a cilantro-Citrus beurre blanc.
