Dinner special tonight is a Brown Butter Braised Halibut with a corn-parsnip-curry purée, fried rainbow potatoes, roasted watermelon radish, stir-fried veggies, a lemon horseradish creme fresh, and garnished with citrus toppanod and micro greens.

Our dinner special tonight is a Filet Mignon topped with coffee-bacon-onion jam and Bleu cheese crumbles. Served with mashed potatoes, braised leeks & carrots and finished with red chimichurri. Our soup du jour is 2 bean, green chili and cilantro.

I love Fridays. It’s gonna be a fun weekend, let me tell ya. Lunch special is the classic “Nordwich”. Corned beef and caramelized onions, tomatoes, Swiss cheese and garlic aioli on ciabatta.

Soup is two bean with green chilies and cilantro.
