Dinner tonight is an 8oz Sirloin Steak served with Mashed Potatoes, Fried Brussel Sprouts, Andouille Sausage, Beurre Rouge, and a Goat Cheese Horseradish Butter.

We also have a Clam and Shrimp Appetizer with a White Wine and Butter Sauce, Bacon, and Crostini Bread.
