Chef Tank is preparing a seafood stew with halibut, prawns, and grape tomatoes in a corn shallot broth along side one of his famous savory pancakes made with corn and sunflower seeds and sautéed zucchini coins. Our drink special is an “Abricot Bulles” martini, made with Hendrix gin, apricot purée, fresh squeezed lemon juice, honey and champagne.
