Sunday over the rainbow

Tonight our soup is lemon asparagus with thyme and our dinner special is a potato netted roasted halibut fillet served with braised greens and garlic shoots, (locally sourced from laddish gardens), and herbed goat cheese mashed potatoes with a Ninkasi brown butter shallot sauce. It pairs nicely with a glass of Capasaldo Pinot Grigio, an Italian white wine, or one of our specials, an Aperol Splash or blood orange sangria, made with Gazela Vhino Verde.
