Music night at cafe 440!

Tonight we are serving argentine red prawns in a chorizo tomato gravy served over corona cheddar grits with sautéed kale. Our drink special is an “Old BlackBerry Smash” with fresh blackberries, orange bitters, fresh lemon juice and muddled orange, makers mark bourbon, and a splash of soda.

Howdy y’all! Today we are rocking a grilled chicken sandwich with ham, pineapple, Swiss cheese and stoneground mustard on a grilled ciabatta bun! Our soup of the day is pork verde with rice! Mmmmmmmmmmm;)

Sunday Funday…

We have a tasty Buffalo grilled chicken sandwich with bleu crumbles, garlic aioli, lettuce, tomato, and onion on grilled brioche. The soup is a Pork Chile verde with rice.

Saturday, August 4

Tonight’s special is a blackened Alaskan halibut filet with Parmesan green chili risotto and served along side a kale, bacon, corn, tomato salad and finished with a jalapeño basil cream sauce. Our drink special is a Frenchy Fresh with muddled raspberries, vanilla vodka, fresh lemon and raspberry liqueur topped with champagne.

Sunshine and Wine…

We have a delicious King River Blackened Salmon sandwich on grilled ciabatta with an arugula blanched kale slaw, citrus vinaigrette, and garlic aioli. The soup du jour is Pork Verde with rice.
