Happy Valentines Day….Our lunch special is a Turkey Sandwich with portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, Swiss cheese, and garlic aioli on grilled ciabatta. The soup du jour is Beer Cheese.
Hello Eugene!!! We have a Turkey sandwich with roasted red peppers, provolone, garlic aioli, and pesto served panini style on grilled ciabatta. This just in from Sous Chef Nordgren a fabulous Fried Chicken Sandwich with honey mustard, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and onion on grilled ciabatta. The soup du jour is Carrot Orange Ginger.
For dinner this evening, we are having fried chicken with a chorizo gravy, red smashed potatoes, and sautéed vegetables.

Seared ahi on the th special tonight with chili cumin cous-cous, orange celery stock with mushrooms and a celery-herb salad on top tossed in an orange vinaigrette:)
