Open for take-out and delivery!

UPDATE: Starting Wednesday, November 18th, Café 440 will continue to be open for take-out and delivery! Our hours of operation be 1130am-8pm, Tuesday through Saturday! We will also very soon be adding an additional delivery option for our great food through Door Dash! Our staff will still be following strict COVID-19 guidelines while the Eugene/Springfield area continues to work on keeping local health issues under control. Thank you for your (continued) patience and loyalty! We can't wait to feed you!

This month we are featuring Oregon Pinot Noirs from King Estates Vineyards (Acrobat ’13), B2 (’12), and Elizabeth Chambers (’11).

Today for lunch, we are serving up a grilled chicken sandwich with prosciutto, pesto goat cheese, arugula, garlic aioli and served on ciabatta.

Soup: cream of asparagus with chicken, pancetta and bleu cheese.

Cafe 440 is INCREDIBLE. This restaurant has a menu to die for—world-class yet accessible, and arguably some of the best in the Pacific Northwest. Bold and incredible female head chef Katie forges creative new flavor fusions with well-deserved pride and refreshing lack of ego. You can order anything on the menu and know you'll love it. Some of the best service I've ever experienced, anywhere. And: Owners Todd and Martha lead by example. They find their way, time and again, year over year, to give back to the community and re-invest into local nonprofits and charities, arts and music, even when times are tough. These are genuinely amazing people, and this restaurant is a profound treasure.

I've eaten at Cafe 440 a number of times over the past few years and I've always enjoyed it, with great food, great drinks and a wonderful atmosphere. on 12/3 I ordered takeout from them since dine in isn't allowed right now. The food was cooked very quickly (it was faster than I was getting there) the service when I arrived was extremely friendly and they had even refrigerated my desserts and growler for me since I was running behind. The food was absolutely fantastic and honestly the best takeout experience I've had in Eugene. The chocolate kahula cheesecake was amazing and I honestly hate cheesecake. Friendly service with a welcoming atmosphere and great food. I would really recommend everyone to try this place next time you're looking for something new.
