Our lunch special is Chicken Fried Steak Sliders; Beef medallions with caramelized onions, bleu cheese, and garlic aioli on brioche slider buns. The soup du jour is White Cheddar and Brocolli.
Tonight we are having a pork chop over cheddar, bacon, and apple mashed potatoes, parsnip and asparagus tip sauté with the Agrarian dark spare porter reduction.

We continue the food train this week with a fried pork chop sandwich with stone ground mustard, wilted spinach, caramelized onion and apple compote; all on grilled ciabatta! Soup is tomato jalapeño and the drink special is the Speckled and Freckled 🙂
